#FolusTravelDiaries: Rio Ready Playlist

This Journey was an answered prayer from years ago. And I almost forgot I had asked God for this.

I find there's a purpose behind each movement, each journey but a lot of the times we begin to doubt ourselves the further along we get on our path.

The Song Hallelujah for me is a reminder to praise, to give thanks and to Trust that God has got this. When the time for a person or situation has come, there is nothing that can prevent it. So this song comes first as a reminder to myself that it is the order my life should be also. God first.

Pree me speaks of a new awakening to life, a motivation to do more and to be more. It makes this list by contributing asweet melody (courtesy of the paramedic problem causer Leriq) and lyrics which depict hauntingly familiar scenes made even more believable coming from  Burna Boy who's colourful history is reflected in the story.

This is the break from reality. When you become convinced that this time your dreams have gone a bit far, and you must be living in a madhouse. But you love every minute of the wild crazy ride. This is usually the sleep deprivation/ panic stage of preparing for the journey, where I alternate between believing it's the best idea in the world, and managing the depression because i've suddenly realised its the worst.

The playlist goes on to imbibe at once a feeling of nostalgia and adventure which sums up pretty well the familiarity and excitement I felt at the prospect of visiting Rio de Janeiro. So check out the full play list below and leave your comments!
