BTS: Poe ft Funbi- "ADORE HER"

My first introduction to the song "Adore her" was The Collective e.p. An refreshingly well composed collection of songs by the individual artist members: Temi Dollface, S.D.C.(Show Dem Camp), Ikon, Nsikak, Funbi & Kid Konnect.

In person Poe (who's friends still call him Ladipo or Ladi) is cheerful, polite and purposeful, with just the right amount of that enigmatic air to make you pay attention; and Funbi is charmingly shy in that Clark-Kent way that implies " I understand you think I'm attractive but  I'm just trying to get by"; ladies, you have been warned. lol!

The timing for this mid-tempo sugar-sweet serenade couldn't be better, with valentine's day rolling round and all the romantics dreaming(and praying) for the same type of awww-inducing sentiments expressed in this song. 

It was fun working with King Davies who directed this shoot, a man of few words but sure vision, VR Creative was on point with the styling, the lovely Leylarh Cadne did my make-up, and Dija was awesome company on what turned out to be hours of endless driving in the very hot Naija sun;  Plus one of my Brothers came through too so all in all, it was 2 days of gorgeous shooting in and around Lekki,Lagos and I recommend you add this to your playlist. Its a pretty fun song!
